While visiting the Mackenzie King Estate, take a guided tour through the museums and grounds. During the summer, we offer daily tours in English and in French for individuals and small groups. Group tours and school programs are available by reservation, from mid-May to mid-October.

Guided Tour for Individuals and Small Groups

Summer Schedule (May 17 to September 3, 2012)

  • English tour — Wednesdays to Mondays, 10 am and 2 pm
  • French tour — Wednesdays to Mondays, 11 am and 3 pm

Fall Schedule (September 4 to October 14, 2012)

  • English tour — Saturdays and Sundays, 10 am and 2 pm
  • French tour — Saturdays and Sundays, 11 am and 3 pm

The tours are free. No reservation is necessary. Space is limited and is allotted on a first come, first serve basis.

There are no tours in the winter when the Mackenzie King Estate museums are closed.

Group Tours

A private tour can be arranged for your group from mid-May to mid-October.

By reservation only, subject to availability.

The cost is $60 for groups of up to 20 people and $3 per additional person.

School Groups

The Mackenzie King Estate offers free programs for school groups. Reservations are required. Available from mid-May to mid-October.

Washrooms There are washrooms are at the Mackenzie King Estate.
Parking Parking is available at the Mackenzie King Estate. Vehicle access fees apply.
Universal Accessibility The guest cottage, garages, movies, Abbey Ruins, Tearoom, snack bar and youth programs are wheelchair-accessible.
