There are more than 300 kilometres of recreational paths in Canada’s Capital Region. A beautiful tour awaits you on the Capital Pathway network, which was designed to take advantage of the green and natural areas in Canada’s Capital Region. On Sundays you can take to the streets on certain parkways.

The Capital Pathways will take you to past some of the best scenery in Ottawa and Gatineau. Check the Cycling Capital map for information on paths with steep hills. The paths are shared with cyclists, runners and walkers, so be sure to follow the courtesy and safety rules.
