Eco Art
The Eco Art National Youth Photo Contest gives youth across Canada the opportunity to express their opinions on environmental issues.
Grab your camera and show us your creative and original views on the environment. Your photo could be part of our next exhibit in Ottawa–Gatineau!
The contest is now closed. Watch for the exhibit at Major’s Hill Park this summer!
About the Contest
This nationwide contest is open to Canadian youth who are 14 to 24 years old. Photos must have an environmental theme and be submitted through Flickr between January 21 and March 31, 2013.
The 2013 Eco Art Exhibit
If you win, your work will be shown in exciting and innovative ways at the 2013 Eco Art exhibit.
The 2013 exhibit will be at Major’s Hill Park, in the heart of downtown Ottawa. This means a lot of exposure for your work!
Major’s Hill Park is a popular destination that is just steps away from the ByWard Market and the iconic Fairmont Château Laurier hotel. It’s also the site of many summer festivals, including Canada Day in the Capital celebrations.
Jury’s Choice Prize
The Jury’s Choice winner will win a three-day trip for four to Canada’s Capital Region for Canada Day 2013! Take part in Canada’s biggest party, enjoy the unique treasures and experiences the Capital has to offer, and check out the Eco Art exhibit in person! The prize includes transportation and accommodation.
People’s Choice Prize
The People’s Choice Winner will receive a $100 gift card for Henry’s.
How to Enter
The contest closed on March 31, 2013.
