Students take a dramatic journey that explores the personal, national and international dimensions of Canada’s military history.
Canada's national museum of military history offers a wide range of meaningful learning experiences for students. Programs are designed to help students discover how war has affected them and their country.
Through the Canadian War Museum educational programs, students will:
- learn the basic concepts related to war and conflict,
- explore the history of honouring and remembrance in Canada, and
- understand the implications of “total war” on land, at sea, in the air, and on the home front.
